PolarBox2 : New conditions (Licenses and models)

Hi to all PolarBox2 users and customers,
We have modified our licenses, so this are the new conditions

Added HUAWEI brand to LICENSE3 (actually ModemsUSB, Vodafone and Sagems)
Models affected :

+ Huawei G20
+ Huawei G3501
+ Huawei G6608
+ Huawei G6620
+ Huawei G7210
+ Huawei G7600
+ Orange Panama

[+] Now all this models are free (not needs credits)
[+] Needed to have LICENSE3 activated
[+] Free to all users with LIC_GOLD activated too
[+] Soon other interesting models will be added (keep eyes over forum ...)
